ClassBridge is a tutoring and coaching platform operated by Dattahub Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), based in Australia. The platform connects coaches with students and their parents or guardians to manage lessons, track progress, and communicate securely.

Account & Profile

• Name, email address, and profile photo (coaches, students, parents)
• Google account details when you sign in with Google OAuth
• Role (coach, student, or parent/guardian)

Platform Activity

• Session records (scheduled and completed lessons, attendance)
• Lesson plans, learning goals, and skill progress notes
• Rewards and progress milestones assigned to students
• Messages exchanged between coaches, students, and parents
• Announcements posted within class groups
• Media files (documents, images) uploaded to the platform

Payments

• Payment records (amount, date, and status of lesson fees)
• We do not store credit card numbers or bank details — payment processing is handled by a third-party provider.

Technical Data

• Authentication tokens stored securely on your device
• Basic usage logs (API request timestamps, error logs) for debugging

• Providing and operating the ClassBridge platform
• Connecting coaches with their students and parents
• Sending transactional emails (booking confirmations, magic-link sign-in)
• Tracking lesson attendance, progress, and payments
• Improving platform reliability and fixing bugs

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with analytics companies.

Your data is only shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Within the platform: coaches can see the profiles, session records, and progress of students enrolled in their classes; parents can see their child's records.
• Google: if you use Google Sign-In, your authentication is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Email provider: we use a transactional email service to send sign-in links and notifications.
• Legal obligations: we may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

ClassBridge is used by students who may be minors. Student accounts are created or managed by a parent, guardian, or coach — we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without parental involvement. If you believe a minor's data has been collected without appropriate consent, please contact us at admin@dattahub.com and we will delete it promptly.

Data is hosted on secured servers accessible only over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored using platform-native secure storage on mobile devices (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). We apply standard security practices including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular dependency updates.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial record-keeping obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
